Because we care for our customers, and to maintain the value received while shopping with Noble we partner with several carries and forwarders on every order. Shipping times

Most unprinted orders placed before 3PM are shipped within the same business day. If the order is placed after 3PM your order will be shipped the following business day. As a reminder Noble Gift Packaging is open Monday through Thursday 9AM-5PM and Friday 9AM to 3PM.

During certain times of the year order volume increases. Therefore, shipping times may be delayed by up to 10 business days. Please remember to allow additional time for shipping depending on the time of year. If your order will be delayed over those 10 business days, we will provide you with an email or call.

If you have imprinting done on your stock items please allow up to 6 weeks for the items to be shipped and delivered.

If you have special orders or custom packaging please allow up to 24 weeks for your order to be shipped and delivered.

Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless otherwise noted.


Shipping cost estimates

We ship throughout the United States. With increased shipping costs outside of the 48 contiguous states. To better understand our shipping rates please see below:

  • For online orders less than $100 a shipping fee of $10 will be applied.
  • For online orders of $100 or more a shipping fee of $20 will be applied.
  • Please note that Jewelry Showcases are not eligible for free shipping.

    Shipment Address

    In adherence with company policy you must provide a complete and valid mailing address in order to receive your shipment. Noble is unable to ship P.O. Boxes and APO addresses.


    Shipment & Delivery Confirmation

    Once your order is beginning its shipping journey you will receive an emailed shipping confirmation. The email shipping confirmation will include your shipping company, tracking number and an estimated delivery timeframe for you to receive your products. ALL SHIPMENTS SHIPPED FROM NOBLE WILL REQURE AN AUTHORIZED PERSON TO RECEIVE AND SIGN FOR THE PRODUCTS.

    Changes to Order or Shipment

    In order to make changes to your delivery or reschedule your delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at (973) 857-1999 prior to your order being shipped.


    Customs, Duties and Taxes

    Noble is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. We ship products from the nearest warehouse to your location. In doing so, we aim to reduce the likelihood of additional shipping costs in transit. We currently have warehouses in the United States, Canada and United Kingdom. However, any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


    Damages

    Noble is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged on delivery, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
