NOBLE collects personally identifiable information, such as names, addresses, E-mail addresses, payment information and the like, only when voluntarily provided by a customer or website visitor. 11. Colors and Pricing

Noble makes every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of its products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, Noble cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. While Noble strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical efforts may occur. Noble cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Noble shall have the right, in its sole discretion to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Noble may, at its discretion, either contact you with instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

12. Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that Noble is unable to accept and must cancel. Noble reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or error in product origin information, or problems identified as part of credit and fraud avoidance. Noble also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Noble will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, Noble will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Noble reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer.

13. Quantity Limits and Dealer Sales

Noble reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same Noble account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Noble will provide notification to the customer e-mail and/or billing address should such limits be applied. Noble also reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers.

14. Shipment of Orders

Items ordered through Noble are shipped restricted registered mail or courier on approval. A street address is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered standard ground transportation, which takes up to 10 business days. You may request express delivery, which takes approximately 3 business days, for an additional charge. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 5 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time.

15. Out-of-stock

Out-of-stock Items are back-ordered with your approval, and will be shipped as soon as we receive them in stock. Postage will be charged when shipped.

16. Discrepancies on missing,

Damaged or incorrect items must be notified to Noble within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery, notification made after this time would not be accepted.

17. Printing charges

Printing charges are not included in the stock price, once signed and confirmed is then liable for the payment of the order, and orders cancelled after artwork has been approved are liable to a cancellation charge.


18. Mobile Terms of Service

The Noble Gift Packaging mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Noble Gift Packaging (“Noble Gift Packaging”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Noble Gift Packaging’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Noble Gift Packaging through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Noble Gift Packaging. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18339641887 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Noble Gift Packaging mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
